Delivery will be within 2 to 3 business days for in-stock items, subject to carrier delay. Express shipping is available for orders shipping to addresses in the United States, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.

Standard shipping
Standard shipping is available for orders shipping to addresses in the continental United States. Standard shipping is through UPS, with 7 - 10 day delivery on in-stock items. US state and local taxes will be applied at the time of purchase where possible.

Or send us an email at info@mytecinc.com. Either way, we can help work through any issues you may have with your purchase. If you feel the product just is not right for you, simply call the number above to arrange a return directly to My-Tec Inc within 30 days.  Once the returned product is received at My-Tec within 30 days of the purchase date, a full refund will be sent to the customer.
